Microscopic lens thermography for the observation of features in light cardboard
نویسندگان
چکیده
This is a preliminary study for microscopic lens thermography observations on a film-like and non-blackbody material. With this aim, a number of features present on the surface of a cardboard for storage boxes (grammage 300 g/m2) are observed using a Flir SC 3000 thermal imager microscopic lens with 26 mm fixed focal distance. Comments on quality of observation and on probability of false indications depending on on the depth of the features observed are supplied, in particular concentrating on transient time for observation during cooling following illumination and on thermal gradients measured.

Oral Morphine Consumption Reduces Lens Development in Rat Embryos
Introduction: Consumption of morphine, during pregnancy, in addition to inducing defects in the mother’s nervous system function, caused defects or delays in the formation and evolution of embryonic visual system. In the present study, changes in lens development were assessed in embryos exposed to morphine in utero. Methods: Female Wistar rats (250-300 g) were mated with male rats and pregnanc...

Introduction: By increasing the amount and diversity of bio-environmental wastewater pollutants, it is essential to be controlled and planed the environmental contaminants to eliminate or minimize. Cardboard recycling industry wastewater has the potential of environmental pollution; it is contaminated with various fungal species that may be effective in the decomposition and removal of pollutan...
متن کاملMorphological Features of Cell Death Through Microscopic View
Cells are active components in their environment and constantly adjusting their performance to improve extracellular milieu changing. This approach is reflected their tends of maintaining intracellular homeostasis. When the cells encounter stress or pathologic stimuli, they can undergo a new manner (adaptation) and new steady state for achieving viability and function. If the external stress is...
متن کاملP-141: Impact of Oxidative Stress Induced with BSO on Development and Dif-ferentiation of Ovarian Follicles in Mice
Background: Whenever the balance between Antioxidants and reactive oxygen species (ROS) is disrupted towards an overabundance of ROS, oxidative stress (OS) occurs. There is evidence that glutathione as an intracellular antioxidant plays an important role against ROS in female reproductive system. BSO is a selective inhibitor of glutathione peroxidas. The aim of the present study is to investiga...
متن کاملRate (ROI) and severity (SOI) of infection of white spot disease in cultured and captured Penaeidshrimps in the Persian Gulf using histopathology and polymerase chain reaction
White Spot Disease (WSD) is well known as a widespread viral disease in shrimps from 1992. Many studies focused on morphological, histopathological and epidemiological characteristic and pathogenecity of the disease but less on the determination of the severity of WSD using the histopathological features in target tissues. A generalized scheme for assigning a numerical qualitative value to sev...
